The zonglen TS 660T contact high and low temperature impact machine is a precision contact high and low temperature impact machine with advanced design and technology, with a wide temperature range: -60℃ to +150℃, through direct contact with the hot tip, accurately and continuously stimulate the DUT to the desired temperature.
 

The zonglen TS660T contact high and low temperature impactor thermal head design offers high efficiency and flexibility, allowing the thermal head tip to be customized to accommodate different IC size and interface variations.

Temperature can be set, historical data records can be viewed, etc. can be viewed through the HD touch screen or remote communication interface, and temperature curves can be viewed on the touch screen. The system can provide fast and accurate temperature conversion on the IC, even under device power variations, using proven termination DUT technology with external RTD or thermocouple for temperature control.
